Yaopi Glass Group and Kaiser Permanente Signed Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement

On June 14th, Shanghai Yaopi Glass Group Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Yaopi Glass Group”) and Kaisheng Glass Holdings Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Kaisheng Glass Holdings”) signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement at the 17th International Solar Photovoltaic and Intelligent Energy Conference and Exhibition. (hereinafter referred to as “Kaisheng Glass Holdings”) at the 17th International Solar Photovoltaic and Smart Energy Conference and Exhibition. Yin Jun, Secretary of the Party Committee and President of Building Materials Group and Chairman of Yaopi Glass Group, Peng Shou, Chief Scientist of China National Building Materials Group Corporation, Yin Zibo, Chief Operating Officer of China National Building Materials Group and Chairman of Kaiser Group, were present at the meeting. Sha Haixiang, Director and President of Yaopi Glass Group, and Yin Xinxin, General Manager of Kaiser Glass Holdings, signed the framework agreement on behalf of the two parties.

The two sides will carry out all-round and in-depth cooperation around BIPV industry chain, and establish a long-term and comprehensive strategic partnership based on the principle of “two-way cooperation, mutual procurement, joint development, common promotion and mutual benefit and win-win” to realize resource sharing and common development. We will first realize business cooperation in the promotion and application of new glass material products, sales of power generation glass, cooperation in product development, supply of TCO glass and other fields.

The 17th International Solar Photovoltaic and Intelligent Energy Conference and Exhibition was held from June 13th to 15th in Shanghai National Convention and Exhibition Center. The exhibition was jointly sponsored by 19 international institutions and organizations, including Asia Photovoltaic Industry Association (APVIA) and China Renewable Energy Society (CRES). As the most influential international, professional and large-scale photovoltaic event in China, even in Asia and the world, the exhibition welcomed more than 3,100 exhibitors from 95 countries and regions around the world, and a number of thematic activities and new product launches of major enterprises were held at the same time.
